Ultralight High Modulus Carbon with Smooth Wall Technology
True performance starts with the material.
Our carbon prepreg sheets—premium carbon fibers precisely impregnated with resin—are manufactured exclusively by our long-standing production partner, with whom we have worked closely for more than 15 years. Rather than relying on off-the-shelf materials, we maintain complete control over quality and manufacturing.
Every frame is built from more than 400 precisely cut carbon layers, meticulously hand-laid into a monocoque structure.
We use only premium carbon fibers from Mitsubishi and Toray—a decisive advantage reflected in performance, durability, and ride quality.
Our specially developed carbon prepreg materials feature a perfectly balanced resin content, creating an exceptionally uniform and durable laminate during production.
We consistently use premium EPS molding cores. Carbon is laminated directly over an EPS core, which is removed after curing.
This sophisticated manufacturing process ensures:
• Perfect carbon fiber structure
• No air pockets or material defects
• Minimum weight - Maximum strength
Our production process takes approximately 30% longer than conventional mass production—because genuine quality simply takes time.

Optimized Head Tube Length
he optimized head tube length minimizes the need for potentially torsion-prone spacers, resulting in a stiffer front end and more precise steering.
Integrated Tools
Allen keys are integrated directly into the thru-axles, eliminating the need to carry additional tools.
A Lezyne tubeless repair kit is also integrated into the handlebar end plugs, providing maximum functionality while riding.
DOWNTUBE STORAGE BOX
We optionally offer an easily accessible storage box in the downtube. A particular highlight is our storage box cover with a special locking mechanism that completely prevents noise caused by the cover.
The frameset features the most common mounting points (threaded bosses).
These mounting points can also be customized according to your requirements.

Seat Tube and seat post
The seat tube and seatpost feature an aerodynamic D-shaped profile.
Two seatpost options are available:
• S01: 0 mm setback
• S02: 15 mm setback
allowing precise adjustment of your riding position.
Fully custom seatposts are also available upon request.
